　　The service staff is available 24 hours (on-call) to sincerely comply to the customer’s needs and approved by Rorze       Japan.
      Rorze Taiwan is licensed by Rorze Japan to perform OH in Taiwan, lowering the customer’s costs.


　　˙The advantages between having to send the robot back to RORZE Japan and doing the overhauling at RTI are as          follows:

　　1.Reduction in shipping cost
　　2.Reduction in labor and maintenance cost
　　3.A shorter lead time/an earlier delivery date.
　　4.The repair progress can be informed at the customer’s request
　　5.customers can visit the job site to examine procedures and verify the quality ensured.


‧Assurance of Quality Control

　　1.An introduction of RORZE’s overhauling procedures and certification system
　　2.Supervised by specialized technicians from RORZE Japan
　　3.To maintain quality level, each technician dispatched from RORZE Japan has at least five-year related working         experience
　　4.The technicians are trained and tested by RORZE Japan. As only qualified and certified technicians are allowed to          perform the overhauling.
　　5.The overhaul procedure done in Rorze Taiwan follows the SOP of RORZE Japan this is to ensure that the same high          standards in term of quality are maintained
